With more than 20 years of experience coaching and working around sports, Rob has developed a deep understanding of the challenges athletes and families face while navigating the competitive landscape of recruitment and athlete development. Throughout his years in athletics, he witnessed countless talented athletes fall through the cracks due to a lack of guidance, exposure, structure, and genuine support. Those experiences ultimately became the foundation for Legacy. The inspiration behind Legacy Consulting & Sports Management Group became deeply personal when Rob watched his own daughter go through the recruiting process without receiving the assistance, mentorship, or direction needed from her high school program to help her reach the next level. Seeing firsthand how difficult and overwhelming the process could be for families opened his eyes to a larger issue affecting athletes across multiple sports and communities. Determined to create a better path for athletes and their families, Rob founded Legacy with a vision that extended far beyond traditional recruiting services. His mission was to build a company focused on long-term athlete growth, meaningful relationships, and real opportunities both on and off the field. Under his leadership, Legacy has evolved into a modern athlete-focused platform centered around mentorship, exposure, branding, NIL education, international opportunities, showcases, tournaments, and strategic partnerships designed to help athletes maximize their potential.
